Ino Married Sai Yamanaka, the Anbu chief of Konoha. Both Ino and Sai began to like each other from the very beginning. It’s shown numerous times that Ino likes Sai and vice versa. Who is Ino Yamanaka?
Ino is the daughter of Inoichi Yamanaka. She is charming and quite capable shinobi. And she is also a close childhood friend of Sakura Haruno. Since childhood, she was famous in the academy.
When Sakura used to be bullied by others for her large forehand, Ino protected her from the bullies. She encouraged Sakura not to feel down about her forehead. Thus they become best friends.
Ino was a member of team 10, one of the new generation of Ino-Shika-Cho formation. She is well known for her sensory abilities which cover the whole Hidden Leaf Village. So, basically, she can contact anyone in the village anytime she likes.
Does Ino get married?
Yes, Ino is married in the Boruto series. She married Sai. After their marriage, Sai took Ino’s last name. She even has a son named Inojin.

Ino first met Sai when he was visiting the hospital. He went to the hospital to be introduced to his new team leader Kakashi. Ino was startled after seeing Sai and found him attractive.
Later on, Team Kakashi and Team Asuma went to a restaurant for dinner. Ino sat next to Sai. Sai was giving nicknames to others in order to create a bond with everybody. He nicknamed Ino ‘Miss Beautiful’ which caused her to blush.
Infinite Tsukuyomi
In the infinite Tsukuyomi, Ino dreamed Sai and Sasuke were fighting with each other for her affection. And Sai dreamed Ino was praising his smile as ‘beautiful’.
When Naruto and Sasuke together ended the Infinite Tsukuyomi Ino’s attraction toward Sai grew much stronger. Afterward, their bond grew much deeper and they eventually fell in love. Later, Akamaru spotted Ino and Sai’s dating and described them as ‘totally on heat’.

Ino Had a Crush on Sasuke
Like almost every other girl in the academy Ino too had a crush on Sasuke. One day Sakura told Ino about her feelings towards Sasuke which caused breaking their friendship.
And after that, they start to dislike each other. Ino’s crush on Sasuke got their friendship ruined for some time. But eventually, Ino gave up on Sasuke.
Does Ino Still Like Sasuke?

Does Ino Like Naruto?
Ino likes Naruto just like she does Choji and Shikamaru. She likes and admires him as a friend and a shinobi. In Naruto Shippuden episode 175 Naruto comes back to the village after defeating Pain, all by himself because Naruto learned sage mode. And when all the villagers welcome him they acknowledge Naruto as a hero.
